My name is Win Charles. In 1987 I was born in Aspen, CO where I continue to live. I am a self-taught artist and became interested in doing artwork as a way to cope with having cerebral palsy. My inspiration for my artwork is life in general as well as roses, orchids and the flora and fauna of the Bahamas; I always had a life long admiration for the Bahamian Islands and it’s people and the flora and fauna of the Bahamian Islands.

Win, what an inspiration you are for all of us! Thank you! I Love Aspen and have lived there time to time. In the late ’70′s in Wichita Kansas, I pioneered using the Montessori Method with a precious class of 8 CP preschoolers. It was awesome to see each one of them begin to activate their own gifts and strengths of will and purpose! Just like you. I hope we can be friends as I do have something so amazing to share with you. So amazing that it is changing/ transforming 1000s of lives around the glob and here at home.
